CSI is a distributor of tactical, military, shooting-sports and law-enforcement equipment, headquartered in Nigeria.
We supply defence, police, emergency and commercial security organisations with protective equipment, vehicles, detection systems and field infrastructure. Every line is quoted against a written specification, with a stated protection level where one applies and a delivery date we hold to.
Most procurement failures are not price failures. They are specification failures — equipment that arrives to the wrong standard, in the wrong size, or three months after it was needed. Our work is to remove those failures before they reach a contract.
That means asking what the equipment is actually for, resolving trade-offs before quoting rather than after delivery, and holding stock on the lines that move so a delivery date means something.
