Capability assessment
What the current inventory supports and where it falls short.
Service
Specification, procurement planning and capability assessment — before the purchase order, not after it.
Equipment decisions are hard to reverse. A protection level set too low cannot be corrected in the field, and one set too high costs payload, mobility and budget that were needed elsewhere. We work with organisations to resolve those trade-offs before they are committed to a contract.
Engagements usually begin with what the organisation actually does — the operating environment, deployment length, climate, threat profile and maintenance capacity — and end with a specification precise enough to tender against.
We are a distributor, so our advice carries a commercial interest. We state it plainly: where an assessment concludes that existing equipment is adequate, that is what the assessment says.
Engagements
What the current inventory supports and where it falls short.
Requirements written precisely enough to tender against.
Phasing, budget and delivery sequencing across a programme.
Measured surveys for security, screening and power installations.
Set the operating picture. The specification is what falls out of it — this is the conversation we have before anything is quoted.

Field inspection
Operating environment, deployment length, climate, threat profile and maintenance capacity. What the organisation actually does, not what the catalogue assumes.
Coverage gaps and constraints are found by walking a site. A specification written from a drawing is a specification written from a guess.
Protection, payload and range pull against each other. We settle that on paper, before it is committed to a contract.
Precise enough to tender against, so competing quotations can actually be compared line for line.
Budget phasing and delivery sequencing across a programme, matched against what is genuinely held in stock.
